RoboBraille Mail Accounts

Language-specific mail accounts for the RoboBraille translation service

Below please find the various language-specific mail accunts supported by the RoboBraille translation service:

British English/American English mail accounts

Danish mail accounts

Italian mail accounts

French mail accounts 

Greek mail accounts

Lithuanian mail accounts

Portuguese mail accounts

British English and American English Mail Accounts

The translation processes are supported by the email accounts listed below. To envoke a process, simply send email with an appropriate attachment to one of the following email accounts:

The translation processes are supported by the email accounts listed below. To invoke a process, simply send email with an appropriate attachment to one of the following email accounts:

Italian Mail Accounts

French Mail Accounts

  • parlefrancais@robobraille.org: Translates the attached document into synthetic speech using a French Text-to-Speech engine.

Greek Mail Accounts 

  • potspeech@robobraille.org: Translates the attached document into synthetic speech using a Greek Text-to-Speech engine.
  • potbraille@robobraille.org: Translates the attached document into Grade 1 six-dot Braille.
  • potpartition@robobraille.org: Partitions in file into smaller parts (up to a maximum of 30 parts) to allow it to fit in to the memory of older Braille note takers. If no size is specified, the file is divided into parts each approximately 60kbytes. Other sizes may be specified in the subject field.
  • potconvert@robobraille.org: Converts the attach file end returns the converted file.
  • potexport@robobraille.org: Converts documents in the standard Windows character set to the character set of a particular Braille device, such as a note taker or embosser.

Lithuanian Mail Accounts

  • aistis2@robobraille.org: Translates the attached document into synthetic speech using a Lithuanian Text-to-Speech engine.

Portuguese Mail Accounts

  • textoparavoz@robobraille.org: Translates the attached document into synthetic speech using a Portuguese Text-to-Speech engine.
  • textoparabraille@robobraille.org: Translates the attached document into Grade 1 six-dot Braille.
